Agile na PM Network
Um interessante artigo sobre Agile foi publicado na edição deste mês da PM Network. Por mais que o artigo tenha focado as questões econômicas em volta da utilização de métodos ágeis, ele consegue mostrar muitos ganhos reais que empresas estão tendo ao utilizar times enxutos e práticas ágeis para o desenvolvimento de produtos.

When I was interviewed for the article, I tried to bring out all the benefits of agile PM, but not all my comments made it in.
I do find it interesting that I specifically asked to include my CSM along with my PMP, but they only included the PMP in the article when my name was first mentioned.
